Psychedelic State(s) of America (PSA) is excited to share that we have formally entered into a syndicate partnership with the Psychedelic Bar Association (PBA)
PSA is on a mission to provide high-quality journalism and media on the topic of psychedelics. Through digital publishing, in-depth reporting, event production, and public education, PSA examines psychedelics within their broader cultural, political, and policy context with the goal of elevating rigorous, responsible, and accessible discourse during a time of rapid change.
As part of this collaboration, PSA will host and publish a dedicated column authored by PBA members and contributors from across our network. The content will explore current and emerging legal issues, ethical practices, policy developments, and the evolving regulatory landscape within and surrounding the psychedelics field.
Through PSA’s dedicated platform, PBA members will bring informed legal analysis to pressing questions at the intersection of law, policy, ethics, and community. From state-level reforms and federal regulatory shifts to international developments and questions of equity and legality, the column will serve as a trusted resource for advocates, policymakers, practitioners, journalists, students, and the broader public by offering an objective, legal lens on nuanced topics.
